- Drink plenty glasses of water everyday ! (8 to 10 glasses should be okay)...
- Control your meals (watch what u eat !)
- Exercise moderately (banyakkan berjalan pun sangat okey)
- Go easy on hot tea for every meals (to burn fat)
- Don't push yourself !! (make it slow2la tp berterusan ya...)
tapi, mama paling senang nak loose weight bila preggy...huwaaa... sebab morning sickness yang sangat dahsyat...
