Lose weight quickly !




Wanna be lik this guy ????


  1. Drink plenty glasses of water everyday ! (8 to 10 glasses should be okay)...
  2. Control your meals (watch what u eat !)
  3. Exercise moderately (banyakkan berjalan pun sangat okey)
  4. Go easy on hot tea for every meals (to burn fat) 
  5. Don't push yourself !! (make it slow2la tp berterusan ya...) 
tapi, mama paling senang nak loose weight bila preggy...huwaaa... sebab morning sickness yang sangat dahsyat...
